In collaboration with the University of Leuven in Belgium and the University of Ljubljana, the World Health Organization (WHO) commissioned a research and design proposal for a medical education and training facility in Nairobi, the capital of Kenya. A guest house was designed as part of this medical center. The design is based on in-depth research into the ecological, cultural, and economic conditions of the region and takes into account the availability of local materials and traditional construction methods. A modular approach also allows for adaptation to the needs of the medical hub.
