A quick week sketch to the following task:

A CAFE

along, and on the north side of a 2 metre wide, long, straight east-west running gravel walkway, a site of 20 x 20 metres is devided into 4 squares ( each 10 x 10  metres ).
Each square has a name ( clockwise from west square connected to the walkway ) : water – construction – gravel – vegetation.

The answer is a small pavillion, consisting of four almost identical shapes. Imitating the narrow streets of maroccan cities, the structure provides shadow and natural ventilation through its chimney-like forms.
